National Productivity Council - Art Competition 2018

National Productivity Council conducted Art competition for classes VI to XII on 8th Feb 2018 at Ambedkar Institute of Productivity, Chennai. Three students from our school participated in the competition and all the three emerged winners. The topic for the competition was "Industry 4.0, Leapfrog Opportunity for India"

Art Olympiad National Level Competition 2017-18

Small Hand Big Art, in collaboration with Sir JJ Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai, Rhode Island School of Design, US and Mojarto (an NDTV Venture), conducted National Level Art Olympiad 2018, an art competition. The winners from our school are listed below:

These winners have been selected by our panel of esteemed judges, based on rigorous selection criteria, which evaluates all Art Work for creativity, originality, aesthetics and proportion. These Art Works are also looked at for the above criteria, keeping in perspective the age group of the participant.

The winners will be awarded a Merit Certificate, Cash award of Rs 2000/- and an invitation to participate in our unique, one-of-its-kind in the world, Winners Mentorship Program.

The Winners Mentorship Program is an opportunity to interact with our constellation of Mentors who are visionaries and luminaries in the field of Art. It gives a rare opportunity for students who are taking exploratory steps towards taking up a career in field of creative, applied and visual Art. It does not intend to be a training session on Art techniques and skills. The aim of Winners Mentorship program workshop is to provide students with a chance to interact with mentors, who can unfold the world of opportunities in the Creative field, that are not well known to parents and students. These mentors have conquered enormous milestones and created a place for themselves globally. Our mentors include senior faculty members of leading Art and Design Institutions in the world, Gallery owners, Artists, Curators, Designers, Advertising professionals, to name a few.

The Winning Artworks (Category A, B, C and D) will be displayed at, Mumbai on 26th and 27th May 2018. All students, their families, Teachers, Principals and friends are cordially invited to be a part of the Award Ceremony and Exhibition.
