On September 13, 2025, the CS GEMS Program, a joint initiative of SuperTeacher EduReforms and QUARK BITS Pilani Goa, was held at IITM Research Park, Taramani. Attended by Computer Science teacher Ms. Janet Cyndhiya J and AETOS retainer Ms. Sharon, the program focused on Curriculum, Pedagogy, and Assessment, emphasizing AI’s role in lesson planning and classroom delivery. Participants explored tools like Google Duplex, Eduaide, Curipod, Diffit, Canva, Suno AI, Sora, and Google Teachable Machine, learning to enhance creativity, efficiency, and personalization in teaching. The sessions reinforced the Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude (KSA) framework and its alignment with NEP 2020’s vision for holistic, competency-based learning. Teachers were introduced to the C4 Model for Contextualisation and the 3-Point Storytelling approach, gaining strategies to link concepts with real-world applications. Discussions also covered reflective pedagogy, innovative assessments, and integrating technology to bridge learning domains, equipping teachers for future-ready education.
