Department of Computer Science and Engineering in Association of Computing Engineer, Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute organized 14th National Level Technical Symposium ‘TECHASTRA 22- MAGIC’ (Metaverse, AI, GUI, IOT, Cloud) on 28.09.2022 for college and school students.
The objective of the programme and its rounds were stated by Mrs. Geetha,Head of the Department and it aims to provide a competitive exposure on technical and Non -technical content for the students.Students were given opportunities to participate in Doodle art, Quiz (Junior and Senior level), Model making, Dino Game, Fast typing and Treasure Hunt.
The preliminary level for selecting students was designed by Mrs. Durga devi, Mr. Bharani, and Mrs. Aishwarya for the Treasure Hunt Eventas per the requirement, two teams were selected for the final round – Techastra-22.42 Students from class VII to XII participated under the escort of computer science teachers Mrs. Durgadevi and Mrs. Sivashankari.On the day of event two teams won the cash prize under Junior Quiz and Treasure hunt.
