Madras Day – Multimedia Project
In celebration of Madras Day 2024, (August 22, 2024) a heritage contest for school students was conducted on August 16, 2024, in Mylapore, Chennai. This is an esteemed tradition which is being conducted for the past 17 years. The theme for this year’s contest was ‘Stories of Three Old Houses’. The goal was to research the features and unique styles of the houses, document their histories, and present their findings in a creative PowerPoint presentation.
S.D.Shruthi, R.Mohnish Priyan, R.Riddhi from eleventh standard participated in it. Their insightful research and PowerPoint presentation earned them the First Prize. The students not only brought individual prizes but also brought the prestigious rolling trophy for the school. It was a unique experience for the students.
